If this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

  • You've been pacing for months, or years, and you're still cycling through crashes
  • You have a good day, push slightly, and spend the next few days paying for it, and you can't figure out how to stop the pattern
  • You're somewhere in your recovery journey, whether you're still bedbound or regaining function, and you feel stuck
  • You understand CFS and Long COVID, you just haven't found the framework that actually creates consistent progress
  • You're done managing symptoms and ready to understand what it actually takes to recover
  • You want clarity, not more generic advice to rest and reduce stress

In 90 minutes, you'll walk away with all 5 steps:

  • 1

Why fear of overdoing it keeps you stuck, and why being too careful slows recovery just as much as pushing too hard

Most people get trapped between pushing and pulling back. You'll see why over-caution quietly stalls progress, so you can stop white-knuckling every decision about what you can and can't do.

    The Real Trap
  • 2

How to read your nervous system's signals so you know when to expand and when to hold

Your body is giving you information all day. Once you can read it, expanding your activity stops being a guessing game and becomes a decision you can trust.

    Read the Signals
  • 3

How to make expansion decisions with confidence instead of fear

A simple way to decide how far to push, so you can do more of what matters without the dread of triggering the push and crash cycle.

    Expand with Confidence
  • 4

How to bring symptoms along in the manageable zone so your body can recalibrate

You don't have to wait until symptoms are gone to make progress. You'll learn how to keep them in a workable range while your nervous system recalibrates back toward thriving health.

    The Manageable Zone
  • 5

How to make sustainable progress week over week without the push and crash cycle

A clear path for expanding your activity over time so progress finally feels stable and directional, instead of two steps forward and three steps back.

    Sustainable Progress

Who is Miguel Bautista?

Miguel Bautista
Miguel Bautista
Founder, CFS Recovery

At 21, Miguel was bedridden with over 50 symptoms. Brain fog so severe he needed a blindfold and earplugs for months because light and sound physically hurt. Spoonfed by his grandmother. Hospitalized. Dismissed by specialist after specialist with no real path forward.

Today he is completely symptom-free. He works, travels, and exercises without limitations.

The system he built to recover himself became the foundation for CFS Recovery, a recovery system that has since helped over 2,000 people across 50+ countries recover from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Long COVID, and fibromyalgia.

He is not a doctor. He is someone who found a way through, and has spent years refining that path for others.

People who were exactly where you are, and found their way through.

At times I felt like I couldn't lift my head off the pillow. The brain fog just descended on me. The weakness would hit me like a truck. Not long after finding this approach I was on vacation hiking by the ocean, carrying my newborn son.

From ER crashes to business trips. I went from barely managing day to day to working, traveling, and living normally again. What changed everything was finally understanding why I kept crashing despite doing everything I thought I was supposed to do.

I was dealing with severe fatigue and weakness for years. After going through this framework I started training for a marathon. I never thought that was possible for me again. The shift wasn't in what I was doing, it was in understanding what was actually happening.

I finally stopped waking up terrified of my symptoms. For the first time I understood what was happening in my body and had a clear framework for what to do about it. The structure this gives you when brain fog makes everything impossible to figure out on your own, it changes everything.

Common questions

Why is it $1?
It is $1 to reserve your seat. We charge a small fee because we want people in the room who are actually going to show up. That is the only cost, no subscription, no upsells at checkout. If you attend and it is not for you, we refund your dollar immediately.
What if I'm in a crash or too symptomatic on the day?
You can attend lying down with your camera off and volume as low as you need. You do not have to participate in any way. The Zoom link will remain active for the full 90 minutes. Just register and show up however you can.
Will there be a replay?
No. This training is live only. What is shared on June 24th will not be recorded or shared afterward. This is intentional, to create a real-time experience and give attendees something that only those who show up receive.
I've been managing CFS for years. How is this different from what I already know?
This is not a general CFS overview. It is a focused, practical framework specifically for people who understand their diagnosis but are still stuck in the cycle. Many long-time community members say this training reframed things they thought they already understood, and gave them the piece that was missing.
I'm bedridden / severely limited. Is this for me?
Yes. The framework applies regardless of where you are in your severity. Miguel developed the core of this system when he was at his most severe, bedbound with 50+ symptoms. The principles scale to every level of function, and many of the most significant recovery stories in this community started from very severe baselines.
