5 Steps to Expand Your Activity Without Triggering the Push and Crash Cycle
Join me live as I walk through the 5 steps people are using to expand their activity without triggering the push and crash cycle. You'll see how others are making real progress, whether they're bedridden or still functioning.
Most people get trapped between pushing and pulling back. You'll see why over-caution quietly stalls progress, so you can stop white-knuckling every decision about what you can and can't do.
The Real TrapYour body is giving you information all day. Once you can read it, expanding your activity stops being a guessing game and becomes a decision you can trust.
Read the SignalsA simple way to decide how far to push, so you can do more of what matters without the dread of triggering the push and crash cycle.
Expand with ConfidenceYou don't have to wait until symptoms are gone to make progress. You'll learn how to keep them in a workable range while your nervous system recalibrates back toward thriving health.
The Manageable ZoneA clear path for expanding your activity over time so progress finally feels stable and directional, instead of two steps forward and three steps back.
Sustainable Progress
At 21, Miguel was bedridden with over 50 symptoms. Brain fog so severe he needed a blindfold and earplugs for months because light and sound physically hurt. Spoonfed by his grandmother. Hospitalized. Dismissed by specialist after specialist with no real path forward.
Today he is completely symptom-free. He works, travels, and exercises without limitations.
The system he built to recover himself became the foundation for CFS Recovery, a recovery system that has since helped over 2,000 people across 50+ countries recover from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Long COVID, and fibromyalgia.
He is not a doctor. He is someone who found a way through, and has spent years refining that path for others.
At times I felt like I couldn't lift my head off the pillow. The brain fog just descended on me. The weakness would hit me like a truck. Not long after finding this approach I was on vacation hiking by the ocean, carrying my newborn son.
From ER crashes to business trips. I went from barely managing day to day to working, traveling, and living normally again. What changed everything was finally understanding why I kept crashing despite doing everything I thought I was supposed to do.
I was dealing with severe fatigue and weakness for years. After going through this framework I started training for a marathon. I never thought that was possible for me again. The shift wasn't in what I was doing, it was in understanding what was actually happening.
I finally stopped waking up terrified of my symptoms. For the first time I understood what was happening in my body and had a clear framework for what to do about it. The structure this gives you when brain fog makes everything impossible to figure out on your own, it changes everything.

I have done my due diligence to get medical scans and tests, and have received no explanation, diagnosis, or treatment plan that explains my health situation. I have followed doctors' and specialists' recommendations up to this point. I am taking part in CFS Recovery methods because I have not seen results working with other medical professionals and I wish to explore an alternative approach working with CFS Recovery.
